Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour was a global phenomenon on an unprecedented scale. Spanning 149 shows across five continents, it became the highest-grossing tour of all time and the first to surpass both the $1 billion and $2 billion revenue marks.

The three-and-a-half-hour show took fans through 10 distinct musical eras, along with elaborate staging, lighting, and costume changes. With over 10 million tickets sold worldwide, the Eras tour proved to be not just a concert,  but a theatrical event that wowed fans worldwide.

Tour Stops by Continent

The Eras Tour was a two-year undertaking, with Taylor Swift bringing her record-breaking show to nearly every continent. By breaking down the tour’s geography, you can visualize and appreciate the immense logistical effort, as well as the worldwide fan base that made it all possible.

North America

  • United States: 23 cities, 53 shows
  • Mexico: 1 city, 4 shows
  • Canada: 2 cities, 9 shows

The tour kicked off in the United States, with its first leg running from March to August 2023. During this period, Taylor Swift performed 53 shows across 20 cities.

The tour then traveled to Mexico for four shows in Mexico City in late August 2023. 

The North American journey wrapped up in Canada with 9 final shows in Toronto and Vancouver at the end of 2024, bringing the tour full circle by ending on the same continent it began.

South America

  • Argentina: 1 city, 3 shows
  • Brazil: 2 cities, 6 shows

Following a brief break, the tour resumed in South America in November 2023. The South American leg included three shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and six shows in Brazil, split between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. These performances were some of the most highly anticipated, and the shows were widely celebrated by fans in the region.

The Asia-Pacific portion of the tour took place early in 2024. In February, Swift performed three shows in Melbourne and four shows in Sydney, setting attendance records at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. From there, the tour moved to Asia, with a four-night stint in Tokyo, Japan, followed by an impressive six sold-out nights in Singapore in March 2024, which served as the only stop in Southeast Asia.

  • France: 2 cities, 6 shows
  • Sweden: 1 city, 3 shows
  • Portugal: 1 city, 2 shows
  • Spain: 1 city, 2 shows
  • United Kingdom: 4 cities, 15 shows
  • Ireland: 1 city, 3 shows
  • Netherlands: 1 city, 3 shows
  • Switzerland: 1 city, 2 shows

  • Germany: 3 cities, 7 shows
  • Poland: 1 city, 2 shows
  • Austria: 1 city, 3 shows

The European leg was the longest and most extensive part of the tour, running from May to August 2024. It featured 51 shows across 18 cities in 11 countries, with multiple-night performances in nearly every location. Highlights included stops in Paris, Stockholm, Madrid, plus 8 shows in London, making it the most-visited city of the entire tour.
