Deep links to open map markers
This feature was recommended to us from a user in Denmark. You can now “deep link” to individual markers in a map. To discover the relevant link for any given marker just click on it and the URL in your address bar will change.
Here’s an example:

Hi Phil,
BatchGeo is an amazing tool! I have a question about it though. I’m wondering whether there is a limit on the number of data entries that can be handled by your service. For instance, if I wanted to create a map with entries numbering into the 1000s, would that be possible with BatchGeo? If not, are there any other programs/software that you might be able to refer me to?
Thanks a lot!!

If there are multiple markers on the same point, is there any way of showing/accessing those points that are under the top point? I thought this deep link (anchor) would enable us to do this but it doesn’t seem to?
Any thoughts?
Thanks for a great tool
Andy
Actually perhaps it does work – I just have to refresh the page a few times – the google syndication seems to often cause the page to get stuck?
I could not get this feature to work on firefox or IE. I tried refreshing like Andy Kent said and still the URL never changes.

Can one use UTM coordinates rather than Lat/Long in your process?
Hi there! I read about your site in a scientific article and I find it really helpful! Is there any chance to use it for Greece?I didn’t see that option in “map internationally”. I’m really interested in these tools for my Phd and I’m trying to explore them.In fact I’m a librarian and I really want to see how the single use can take the greater benefit of them. Thanks
