Public maps made using BatchGeo

Hundreds of maps are created everyday using BatchGeo, not all of those maps make it to the public because of our map security system.

However for those of you who have linked your map from your own public site, its easy to find these maps as they get indexed by Google:

As you can see there are thousands of maps available from all over the world on all sorts of things. We’re proud to have created such an easy system to use that so many maps are created daily.

Here’s another fun search that will show you a lot of Twitter users are happy with BatchGeo:

Unfortunately Twitter clears tweets that are over 30 days old. For a complete index of Tweets about BatchGeo, we can use Google:

Overall its great to see how many maps and happy users we have out there, as always keep posting here if you can think of ways we can continue to improve our service.

I really like the easy to use user interface. This has been a very awesome tool and super quick to use. One suggestion/question/problem I have is that I want to create a list of locations but have the map points locked so that people cannot drag and move them (mostly by accident). I have done this before and unless you re-paste the data you cannot revert to the original location on the map. Any suggestions or ways to “lock” the map points?

Great tool. So great I wrote an article on my blog about it. Read it here:
